How to open an account
- ApplicationOn the website or by phone.
- DocumentsQuestionnaire and passport; legal entities also provide incorporation documents.
- AgreementSign the agreement and open a securities custody account.
- FundingTransfer funds to a dedicated account.
Individuals
- passport (ID card) of a Kyrgyz or foreign national;
- individual client questionnaire;
- politically exposed person questionnaire, if applicable.
Legal entities
- charter and state registration certificate;
- documents confirming the manager's authority;
- legal entity and beneficial owner questionnaires.
Placing orders

Client orders take priority over the Company's own transactions. The detailed procedure is set out in the Securities Market Operating Rules.
Qualified investors
Qualified investor status provides access to instruments reserved for such investors. The criteria and recognition procedure are set out in the Qualified Investor Recognition Procedure.
Account opening application
